Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
• Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when entering the store and identify needs to provide an easy and memorable experience
• Assist customers to choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to remedy situations
• Attain sales goals in compliance with company and local policies
• Maintain OSHA and safety standards
• Keep brand standards in the lab and notify management of issues
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and accurate processing
