You will work in a dynamic store environment, aiming to meet sales goals, maintain brand standards, and ensure timely delivery of orders. Optical experience is a plus, with strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience while promoting products and services.
• Help customers choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot and identify prescription-related problems.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Achieve sales goals while complying with company and local policies.
• Adhere to quality control standards including OSHA and safety requirements.
• Maintain brand standards with basic lab and floor duties.
• Assemble lenses, edge stock, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Notify management of equipment issues in the lab or order process.
