• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs within a team.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to guide them toward suitable eyewear and services.
• Assist patients to choose eyewear within budget and eye care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and safety requirements, including OSHA.
