Stanton Optical in the United States is seeking Sales Consultants to create an easy and memorable experience for our patients while guiding them through our unique eyewear sales process. You will be in charge of your earning potential and career growth in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs for an easy, memorable experience.
• Assist customers to choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve prescription-related problems.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Meet sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping in-store and in-lab areas.
• Edge stock lenses and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
