Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to create a memorable customer experience and drive eyewear sales in a fast-paced retail setting. You will guide customers through our eyewear offerings, help them select options within their budget, and work toward sales targets while upholding safety and brand standards.

The position offers commissions and growth opportunities, with a focus on customer service excellence and teamwork in a store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify their eyewear needs to provide an easy, memorable experience.
• Assist patients in choosing eyewear that fits their budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and resolve customer complaints.
• Meet sales goals while complying with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and safety compliance (OSHA).
• Assist in lab duties: edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
