LensCrafters in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences for every customer. You will engage with patients, use prescriptions to recommend lenses, and help choose frames while ensuring accuracy in measurements and caring service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills.

• Strong communication skills and goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by nurturing existing customers and developing new relationships.
• Use prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate with measurements.
• Take measurements with optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and professional relationships with staff and doctors.
• Maintain attractive, organized displays and store appearance.
• Treat customers and colleagues with respect and foster inclusivity.
