Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs.
• Maintain visual standards as set by management.
• Handle customer issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Assist VIP clientele with high-touch service and retention efforts.
• Stay up-to-date on product assortment to represent the brand accurately.
• Support opening/closing duties as needed.
• Follow company rules, policies, and code of conduct.
