Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Sales Associate in Minneapolis to provide an exceptional shopping experience and build brand loyalty. You will greet customers, inform on stocking and visual standards, and resolve issues with management support.

You will stay informed about current products and act as an ambassador for the brand, with responsibilities including assisting with opening/closing, attending meetings, and maintaining punctuality.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience.
• Self-motivated, team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, greeting and serving customers.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards.
• Solve customer issues and involve management when needed.
• Manage complex customer service situations for VIP clientele and retention.
• Remain up-to-date on product assortment and act as brand ambassador.
• Follow management instructions and participate in occasional meetings.
• Be punctual and communicate obstacles to the manager.
• Represent the brand to local and broader communities.
