Stanton Optical is hiring a Sales Consultant to engage customers, guide eyewear choices, and ensure a smooth buying experience in our fast-paced store. You will meet revenue targets while upholding brand standards and safety procedures.

We value strong communication, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adapt to daily store needs. Prior optical or retail experience is a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter and identify needs to provide a memorable experience.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot and address prescription-related issues.
• Resolve complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality standards and assist with basic housekeeping in-store.
