Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Consultant in a dynamic retail setting. You will greet customers, assess eyewear needs, and guide them to products that fit budget and care requirements.

You’ll troubleshoot prescriptions, handle concerns, and work toward sales targets while upholding safety and quality standards. Eligible candidates will have at least 1 year in customer service within retail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse customer base.
• Optical/retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify eyewear needs.
• Assist customers to choose eyewear that fits their budget and care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescriptions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and safety/quality control.
• Ensure timely assembly, delivery, and accuracy of customer orders.
