Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Consultant to greet customers, assess eyewear needs, and guide them through our eye care products and services. Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience.
• Help customers choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints.
• Achieve sales goals while following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards (OSHA) as required.
• Assist in lab work by assembling lenses and ensuring on-time delivery.
