Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs to guide them to products and services.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and provide solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales goals while following policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping in-store and in the lab area.
