Stanton Optical is seeking energetic Sales Consultants in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet customers, identify eyewear needs, and guide them through our streamlined sales process to deliver quality eyewear at affordable prices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify their needs to provide an easy and memorable experience.
• Assist customers in choosing eyewear to fit budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription problems and resolve complaints.
• Meet sales goals while complying with company and local policies and procedures.
• Edge stock lenses and ensure on-time delivery.
