Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to ensure an easy, memorable experience.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Meet sales goals while complying with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping in-store and in the lab area.
• Assist with simple repairs, assemble lenses, edge stock, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
