Job summary

MyEyeDr. in Cincinnati seeks an Eyewear Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service and guide patients in frame and lens choices. You will partner with doctors and teams to provide a best-in-class vision care experience, with comprehensive training provided for products and procedures.

No optical experience is required; training and tools will be provided to learn about our industry and services. Weekend and evening shifts may be required to support patients and office goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position (Retail, Hospitality or Optical field preferred, but not required).
• Ability to sell with a desire to meet office goals with a can do attitude.
• Friendly, caring, and patient-centric person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection process by educating patients on best fit.
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through cultivating a patient experience built on trust.
