Job summary

MyEyeDr. in Centennial, OH seeks an Eyewear Consultant to deliver personalized eyewear experiences while supporting doctors and teams. No optical experience required; training provided to help you learn industry basics and deliver a best-in-class patient experience.

You will assist patients in frame and lens selection, explain insurance benefits, and help achieve office goals through relationship-building and teamwork. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer facing or sales roles is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn about eyewear products and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in eyewear frame and lens selection.
• Explain insurance benefits and simplify the purchasing process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help meet office goals.
• Support office operations and collaborate with doctors and staff.
