Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant in Cincinnati to deliver personalized eyecare and exceptional patient service. Training will be provided to learn about eyewear products, fit, measurements and insurance explanations, with a focus on building trusted patient relationships.

You will work with doctors and a knowledgeable team to meet office goals, while embracing MyEyeDr. values and delivering a best-in-class patient experience. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn about optical products and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Friendly, caring, patient-centric attitude suitable for fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using knowledge of products to educate on best fit
• Deliver sales plan and office goals through building a positive patient experience
• Explain insurance benefits to patients comprehensively
• Use training to fit, measure, and adjust eyewear from a wide selection
• Collaborate with Office Optometrist to serve patients and selected lenses/frames
• Coordinate with doctors and team members for a seamless patient experience
• Promote MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy with patients
