Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to provide personalized care and guide patients through frame and lens options. You will learn our products and insurance processes while working with doctors and teams to deliver a best-in-class experience.

No optical experience? Training is provided and weekend/evening shifts may be required. You will contribute to a friendly, fast-paced environment and help patients see, look, and be their best.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to learn about industry, products and services.
• Friendly, caring and patient-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection by educating on best fit
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through patient-focused service
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using company-provided tools
• Collaborate with Office Optometrist and team for seamless patient care
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy to patients
• Participate in other office duties as assigned
