MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to help patients see, look, and be their best. No optical experience is required as training will be provided. You’ll support doctors and a knowledgeable team to deliver a best-in-class experience across a busy ophthalmic setting.

You will engage with patients, explain insurance benefits, and guide frame and lens choices while contributing to meeting office goals in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new products and services quickly.
• Desire to meet office goals with a proactive, positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding patient needs.
• Assist in eyewear selection and educate on best fit and options.
• Help achieve sales plans through a positive patient experience and trust.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Learn to fit and adjust eyewear using company tools and training.
• Collaborate with doctors and team for a seamless patient visit.
• Represent MyEyeDr. values and brand with patients.
• Support other office duties as assigned.
