MyEyeDr. in Washington, DC area is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to provide personalized eyecare and help patients see and live their best lives. No optical experience?

Training provided; you will support doctors and teams to deliver a best-in-class experience. This role requires some weekend and evening shifts, with the opportunity to earn bonuses and benefits as you grow with the team. You will learn product lines, assist with lens/frame selections, explain insurance benefits, and contribute

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales experience preferred.
• Willing to learn about industry, products and services.
• Entrepreneurial problem-solver with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using knowledge of product lines and options to educate patients on best fit.
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through cultivating a patient experience built on relationships and trust.
• Provide patients with comprehensive explanation of insurance benefits.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from our wide selection of eyewear.
• Complete optometric tasks in partnership with our Office Optometrist to best serve the patient and their lenses or frames.
• Collaborate with doctor(s) and team members to provide seamless patient experience.
• Communicate and demonstrate the MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy while working with patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
