Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support our doctors and teams in delivering a best-in-class patient experience across Virginia locations. You will learn the industry through training and help patients see, look, and live their best lives by guiding eyewear choices and explaining insurance benefits.

Weekend and evenings shifts may be required. No optical experience? Training provided to enable success in a fast-paced retail health setting focused on quality care and patient

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position.
• Willing to learn about eyewear industry, products, and services.
• Ability to sell and meet office goals with a positive attitude.
• Friendly, caring person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection with knowledge of products to educate on best fit.
• Deliver sales plan and office goals through a patient experience built on relationships and trust.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients comprehensively.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using company provided training.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure seamless patient experience.
• Engage with MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy with patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
