Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant in Virginia to help patients see, look, and be their best. Training is provided, no optical experience required, with weekend/evening shifts as needed.

You will assist patients in selecting eyewear, explain insurance benefits, and work with a team to deliver a best-in-class experience. This role includes commission opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand patient needs and explain options clearly.
• Willingness to learn about eyewear products and services.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service and understand their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using knowledge of products.
• Deliver sales goals by building a trust-based patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients comprehensively.
• Use training to fit, measure, and adjust glasses from a wide range.
• Coordinate with Office Optometrist to support lenses/frames.
• Collaborate with doctors and team for a seamless patient experience.
• Promote MyEyeDr. values and brand during patient interactions.
