Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.
• Ability to learn new technologies and stay accurate.
• Strong sales focus with goal attainment drive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the sales plan and company objectives by nurturing existing customers and attracting new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to suggest appropriate products and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate measurements with the Optician.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain professional relationships.
• Keep displays and inventory organized and in good condition.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
