Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with frame selections and lens options. You will perform basic measurements, coordinate with the Optician, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

Applicants should have 1+ year retail or customer service experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Healthcare benefits and employee discounts may be included where offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math.
• Ability to sell and meet sales goals.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales performance and meet store objectives.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Perform measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment and professional relationships with staff.
