Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals in a fast-paced eyewear environment. You will assist customers with frame selections, measurements, and lens options, coordinating with Opticians to ensure the best vision solutions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, product knowledge, and a friendly store presence. Prior retail experience and strong communication skills are valued in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiar with point of sale systems, computers & calculators.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivator with ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assists patients in the selection of frames and coordinates frames with optical measurements to help customers find the best vision solution.
• Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Actively participates in maintaining a positive store environment and builds professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Keeps displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Treats customers and colleagues with respect to foster an inclusive culture.
