LensCrafters is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding eye-care experiences and drive store results. You will guide customers through frame selections, use prescriptions to suggest lenses, and collaborate with the optician to ensure accurate measurements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic calculations.
• Willingness to learn new technology and adapt quickly.
• Ability to sell using strong sales skills and meet goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assists patients in the selection of frames and coordinates frames with optical measurements.
• Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Participates in a positive store environment and fosters professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Keeps displays and inventory clean, organized and attractive; supports inclusive culture.
