Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding eye care and eyewear experiences. You will leverage customer relationships to meet sales goals while guiding customers in frame and lens choices and coordinating precise measurements with our opticians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology & adapt with accuracy.
• Ability to sell using sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written).
• Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales targets and company objectives by leveraging existing relationships and building new ones.
• Use optical prescription knowledge to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Take measurements using optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
