LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales in-store. You will assist with frame selections, take measurements, and recommend lens options to meet each patient's needs.

Formación

• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.
• Ability to adapt to new technology with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and build professional relationships with staff and doctors.
