LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences. You will leverage prescription knowledge to recommend lenses, assist customers in frame selections, and collaborate with the Optician for precise measurements.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math skills.
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt quickly.

Responsabilités

• Consistently meet sales goals by cultivating existing customers and attracting new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain appearance of store displays, inventory, and organization.
• Treat customers and colleagues with respect to foster an inclusive culture.
