Stanton Optical, a brand of Now Optics, is seeking energetic Sales Consultants for our Wayne, PA location to deliver a memorable customer experience and drive eyewear sales. You will guide patients through our sales process and help them select frames and lenses that fit their needs and budget.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on entry and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience.
• Help customers choose eyewear to fit budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints.
• Meet sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality standards and basic housekeeping.
• Assist with simple repairs, lens edging, and on-time deliveries.
