Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Consultant in Wayne, PA to greet customers, identify eyewear needs, and guide purchases in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist patients, suggest eyewear within budget, troubleshoot prescriptions, and help achieve sales goals while adhering to OSHA and brand standards.

Candidates with 1+ year of customer service and sales experience, flexibility, and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience.
• Help customers choose eyewear within budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer complaints.
• Meet sales goals while following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality brand standards and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, and ensure orders are accurate and timely.
