Stanton Optical is seeking Sales Consultants to create a memorable eyewear shopping experience for patients while guiding them through our sales process. You will influence outcomes, drive sales, and represent our fast-growing optical retail brand in a dynamic store setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify their needs to provide an easy, memorable experience.
• Help patients choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot and identify prescription-related problems.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to remedy situations.
• Aim to meet sales goals while complying with company and local policies.
• Maintain quality control standards including OSHA and safety requirements.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab area and communicate equipment issues to management.
• Complete customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, edge stock lenses, and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education
