Stanton Optical is hiring a Sales Consultant in Wayne, PA to provide an excellent customer experience and guide patients through our eyewear selection process. You will work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment focused on helping customers find affordable, quality eyewear and completing sales.

You should have at least 1 year of retail customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet sales goals while delivering superior service.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and customers entering the store, identify needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience while providing promotional products and services.
• Assist patients and customers to choose eyewear that best fits their budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescription.
• Resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations.
• Attain sales goals established while complying with company and local policies and procedures.
• Adhering to quality control standards including OSHA and other safety requirements.
• Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties when necessary.
• Edge stock lenses, assemble lenses into frames, and ensure on-time delivery of eyeglasses.
• Notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, or incorrect lenses.
