• 1+ year of proven customer service in retail with sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience.
• Assist customers in choosing eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints.
• Achieve sales targets while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Maintain OSHA and safety standards and basic housekeeping in-store.
• Perform simple repairs and edge lenses to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure lab accuracy and report equipment or order issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and communicate updates.
