• 1+ year of proven customer service and sales experience in retail.
• Ability to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the store experience.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear within budget and care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues.
• Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Achieve sales goals while complying with policies.
• Follow quality control and OSHA standards.
• Maintain brand standards in-store and assist with lab tasks.
• Ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Report equipment issues and order inaccuracies.
