Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional eyewear shopping experiences. You will guide customers through lens choices and frame selection, perform measurements, and partner with the Optician to ensure precise prescriptions.

The role emphasizes delivering sales results, maintaining displays, and fostering a welcoming environment for diverse customers in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to use POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals by cultivating existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones.
• Recommend lenses and coatings based on prescriptions.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and match to measurements.
• Conduct optical measurements and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and professional relationships.
• Maintain clean, attractive, organized displays and inventory.
• Promote inclusive culture and respectful service.
