Job summary

LensCrafters, part of Luxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye-care experiences. You will guide customers through frame choices, use prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings, and coordinate measurements with the Optician to ensure the perfect vision solution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers & calculators.
• Strong selling skills and accountability for sales results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing relationships and new ones.
• Uses optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in frame selection and coordinate frames with measurements.
• Take measurements with optical tools; consult with the Optician as needed.
• Support a positive store environment and professional relationships with staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
