Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding guest experience by coaching and leading Team Members.
• Sets clear expectations so the store is Guest Ready.
• Develops action plans for immediate and future development.
• Ensures accountability for team members’ actions and results.
• Provides timely feedback and fosters a culture of Simple, Fun and In-style.
• Manages performance reviews and coaching conversations.
• Partners with the Target Optical doctor and retail teams to grow business.
• Creates schedules aligned to trends and guest flow; owns staffing.
