Job summary

Oakley is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Scottsdale to partner with the store manager in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service. You will lead the team, ensure visual standards, and protect assets while maximizing profits.

This role requires coaching staff, coordinating tasks, and maintaining strong store operations. The ideal candidate has retail and supervisory experience, is comfortable with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and can train staff while

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with relationship-building.
• Ability to train staff and develop them.
• Ability to stand most of the day and move around on floor/warehouse.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists the store manager in training and managing all employees to maximize sales.
• Assigns employees to tasks and helps with scheduling hours.
• Ensures compliance with company communications and visual standards.
• Coordinates restocking and flow of goods from warehouse to floor.
• Oversees staff compliance with policies and standards.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the store manager.
