Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Sales Supervisor to partner with the store manager on daily operations and revenue growth. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining visual standards, and protecting company assets while guiding the team in achieving store goals.

The successful candidate will manage shifts, train staff, and coordinate merchandising and restocking. A flexible schedule, strong communication skills, and prior retail leadership are essential

Qualifications

• At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to train staff and ensure their professional development.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assist the store manager in training and managing all employees.
• Schedule staff and assign tasks following payroll guidelines.
• Oversee merchandise presentation and displays for consistency.
• Coordinate restocking and flow of goods from warehouse to floor.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the store manager.
