Job summary

Oakley is a global brand under EssilorLuxottica, seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor to support the store manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. This role emphasizes maintaining Oakley’s presentation standards and protecting company assets in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will lead a team, train staff, coordinate task assignments, and ensure compliance with policies while maximizing profits and minimizing costs.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to stand most of the day and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists the store manager in training and managing all employees to maximize sales.
• Assigns employees to tasks and schedules work hours following payroll procedures.
• Ensures compliance with company communications and visual standards for displays.
• Coordinates restocking and flow of goods from warehouse to floor.
• Oversees staff compliance with company policies and standards.
• Performs other tasks as directed by the store manager.
