Oakley is part of EssilorLuxottica, seeking a Sales Supervisor to partner with the store manager in Scottsdale. The role drives high sales, delivers exceptional customer service, maintains visual standards, and protects company assets.

The position guides staff development and daily operations to meet revenue, profit, and service goals. You will oversee training, assignment of tasks, scheduling, and compliance, while ensuring merchandise flow from warehouse to floor and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• One year of retail management experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists the store manager in training and managing all employees to maximize sales.
• Assigns employees to tasks and helps schedule hours per payroll matrix.
• Ensures compliance with communications by overseeing merchandise displays and presentations.
• Coordinates restocking and flow of goods from warehouse to floor.
• Oversees staff compliance with company policies and standards.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned by the store manager.
