Job summary

Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Manager for our Scottsdale, AZ location. This role leads a team to deliver the Oakley Experience, drives sales, and ensures brand standards and strong customer service.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff while managing store operations, inventory, and profitability on a daily basis. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of retail sales experience in a specialty environment and 1+ year in management, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales experience in a specialty environment.
• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to develop and train staff and build relationships.
• Ability to stand most of the day and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Physical activities include repetitive motions, bending, kneeling, twisting, stretching, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Delivers excellent customer service and demonstrates professionalism.
• Achieves high levels of sales performance and results.
• Recruits and hires top talent to meet store needs.
• Provides feedback through ongoing training, counseling and goal setting.
• Manages employees in daily tasks to maximize sales.
• Maintains visual standards in the store including merchandise presentation and signage.
• Reviews reports to ensure policy adherence and monitors store profitability.
• Monitors inventory levels and ensures accuracy of store inventory.
• Ensures policy compliance by staff with company standards and procedures.
