Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Team player with collaborative spirit.
• Proven sales targets achievement.
• Eyewear or luxury retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Stay updated on trends and product knowledge.
• Show knowledge of Brand, warranties and add-ons.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling/cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
