Job summary

LensCrafters is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Pleasant Hill to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding products, trends, and providing personalized recommendations to our customers while meeting sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail sales, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in retail sales, preferably eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients for in-store and follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support across online and in-store channels.
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
