Job summary

For Eyes, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the For Eyes Experience. You will greet customers, explain tests and services, and support the Doctor in a fast-paced optical store.

You will review prescriptions, assist with frame and lens selection, handle patient records under HIPAA, and process orders at the POS. Strong customer service and knowledge of fashion trends are valued.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and work under time pressure.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers and calculators.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and optical products.
• Sales skills and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and answer inquiries.
• Explain tests, paperwork, products and services.
• Review prescriptions and patient information for accuracy.
• Assist with frame and lens selection.
• Handle patient records in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Process orders and invoices; operate POS.
