Job summary

For Eyes, part-time EyeCare Advisor, delivers the For Eyes Experience by assisting customers in selecting frames and lenses, explaining tests and services, and supporting the Doctor and store team in daily operations.

You will greet customers, handle prescriptions, manage records, and process transactions while maintaining a welcoming store environment and staying compliant with HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide assistance.
• Answer telephone calls within 3 rings in a courteous manner.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services to patients.
• Review prescriptions and patient information accurately.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Operate POS system with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Keep store displays visually appealing according to guidelines.
• Assist with contact lens orders and invoice processing.
