Job summary

National Vision’s Eyeglass World in-store role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience from pre-exam support to eyewear readiness and pickup. You will guide customers, perform final fittings, and uphold finish and quality standards while supporting optometrists and store flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required/Preferred).
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively.
• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education.
• Perform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections and quality checks.
• Prepare orders for pickup and deliver polished, brand aligned handoff.
• Assist with patient flow and pre exam screenings to support Optometrists.
