National Vision, Inc. is seeking an Optical Specialist for Eyeglass World. This customer-facing role sits at the heart of the in-store experience, delivering confident service and owning the final moments from fitting to pickup.

You will guide customers through eyewear selection, perform adjustments, and maintain brand-aligned quality while supporting the overall store flow. Join a team focused on exceptional service and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education.
• Ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experience.
• Assist with patient flow and pre exam screenings to support Optometrists.
• Help ensure smooth transitions between exam, finish, and pickup moments.
• Perform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections and quality checks.
• Prepare orders for pickup and deliver polished, brand aligned handoff.
• Model Eyeglass World service standards and uphold brand presentation.
