Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant who will deliver personalized eyecare, support doctors and teams, and help patients see and look their best. No optical experience is required as training will be provided. Weekend and evening shifts may be needed as part of the schedule.

You will guide patients through frame and lens choices, educate on product options, and work to meet office sales goals while delivering a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role; retail or optical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame selection using product knowledge to educate on best fit.
• Achieve sales plan and office goals by delivering a positive patient experience built on trust.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly and accurately.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from a wide eyewear selection.
• Collaborate with the Office Optometrist to support their lens or frame choices.
• Work with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand in every interaction.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
